Win a Case of Joy from Adelaide Airport this Mother’s Day!

 

  1. To be eligible to win 1 of 2 Cases of Joy, the entrant (Entrant) must before 11:59pm ACST on Sunday 11 May 2025 visit AAL’s Instagram post and in 20 words or less in the comments complete this sentence:

“the best travel advice or tips my mum (or mother figure) gave me was …”

(the Promotion).

  1. Entries must be received before 11:59pm ACST on Sunday, 11 May 2025.
  2. Entrants must follow the Adelaide Airport Instagram page.
  3. Each “Case of Joy” comprises a travel case and various gifts from Adelaide Airport retailers with a total value of up to $750 (inc. GST) (Prize).
  4. Entry is limited to those who reside in South Australia.
  5. Employees of Adelaide Airport Limited and its subsidiaries (AAL) are ineligible to enter.
  6. An Entrant may only enter once, for the chance to win the Prize.
  7. This is a promotion of skill, where the two best responses will be judged by AAL in its absolute discretion as the winner.
  8. The Prize will be announced to the two winners on Monday, 12 May 2025 by 5pm ACST via direct message from AAL’s official Instagram account (Winner). The decision by AAL is final.
  9. The Prize will be available to collect from the Adelaide Airport Welcome Desk on the ground floor of the Terminal or can be posted out to each Winner to an address in South Australia.
  10. If the Prize is not collected or postal details provided by the Winner to AAL by 12 July 2025 the Prize is forfeited by the Winner.
  11. AAL reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who AAL has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at AAL’s discretion.  Failure by AAL to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  12. Incomplete or indecipherable entries by Entrants, as determined by AAL in its sole discretion, will be deemed invalid.
  13. Offensive or derogatory entries/comments by Entrants will be hidden or deleted by AAL in AAL’s sole absolute discretion.
  14. Any cost associated with accessing the Internet or collecting the Prize from the Terminal or other associated costs (excluding postage of the Prize, if required) in relation to this Promotion is the Entrant’s responsibility.
  15. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, AAL (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) the Prize (or any element of the Prize) or use of the Prize (or any element of the Prize); (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not it is under AAL’s control); (c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (d) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by AAL) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of AAL; (e) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Entrant; or (g) where clause 11 applies and the Prize is forfeited.
  16. The Prize cannot be exchanged for goods or cash and is non-transferrable.
  17. By entering the Promotion, Entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and the terms of Adelaide Airport’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.adelaideairport.com.au/privacy/
  18. AAL will collect personal information from Entrants, including their name and Meta account handle, when they enter the Promotion. AAL will collect a postal address from the Winner, if the Prize is to be posted to the Winner. That personal information will be handled by AAL in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
