How to redeem the offer

  1. This offer can only be redeemed during Welcome Desk open hours, Mon – Fri 7.30am – 9.30pm and Sat – Sun 7.30am – 5.30pm
  2. Customer enters short term carpark and takes a ticket, or taps their credit card at the boom gate
  3. Customer spends $100 or more, in one transaction, at a retailer in the Terminal and complies with the terms and conditions
  4. Customer shows their receipt to the Welcome Desk staff on Level 1 on the same day
  5. Customer completes a digital form at the Welcome Desk (eg. email, retailer and transaction value)
  6. Welcome Desk staff prints a QR code to hand to the customer
  7. At the exit booth, customer scans their QR code FIRST and then enters their entry ticket or taps their credit card, to exit the car park (up to 3 hours will be free, any more time will be charged to the customer)

Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion period commences on Monday, 11 November 2024 at 12:01AM ACST and concludes on Tuesday 31 December 2024 at 11:59pm ACST or such other time as may be determined by Adelaide Airport, in its sole discretion.
  2. Redemption of free car parking is only during Welcome Desk open hours, Mon-Fri 7.30am – 9.30pm and Sat-Sun 7.30am – 5.30pm.
  3. By participating in this promotion, each customer fully and unconditionally agrees to, and accepts these terms and conditions and the car park terms and conditions available at: General Parking Terms and Conditions of Entry – Adelaide Airport.
  4. All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another offer or redeemed for cash.
  5. Participating customers will, subject to satisfying the relevant requirements set out in clause 5, be entitled to receive up to free, three-hours car parking in the short-term car park, for drive up arrivals only. This is not available for online parking bookings. Additional time over the first three-hours free parking will be at the customer’s cost.
  6. To receive a free car parking voucher, customers must:
    • spend a minimum of $100 in a single transaction on any food, beverage or retail items at a retailer in the Adelaide Airport Terminal; and
    • complete and submit a questionnaire.
    • it is optional for the customer to subscribe to the Adelaide Airport database for marketing.
  7. Adelaide Airport will handle all personal information collected in accordance with the terms of its privacy policy available at: https://adelaideairport.com.au/privacy/
  8. The free car parking voucher (QR code) is only:
    • redeemable on the same day that the customer enters into the relevant transaction at the retailer in the Adelaide Airport terminal; and
    • valid for use for up to 24 hours from the time the QR code is provided to the customer. Once this time has passed, the voucher will lapse and be declared void.
  9. Offer is subject to availability.
  10. Any issues regarding redemption of the voucher are to be raised with and resolved by Adelaide Airport Management via email to [email protected].
  11. Adelaide Airport does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged vouchers. Vouchers are void if copied, stolen, forged, or tampered with in any way.
  12. Vouchers are only able to be used for parking in the short-term car park, drive up arrivals only and cannot be used in conjunction with any offer (unless otherwise specified). Vouchers are not available for online parking bookings.
  13. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the reasonable control of Adelaide Airport, Adelaide Airport may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion (including any aspect of the promotion) or invalidate any vouchers.
  14. Adelaide Airport shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  15. Use of the short-term car park is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of that car park.
