Adelaide Airport – Catapult Foundation – Silent Auction – 6 months complimentary Valet Parking

  1. The successful bidder (Winner) will receive a voucher for complimentary Valet Parking at Adelaide Airport (Voucher) for a period of 6 months.
  2. The Winner must scan the QR code provided by Adelaide Airport Limited (AAL) and complete the form to provide AAL with the Winner’s details or the details of the person who the Winner nominates to use the Voucher (User). The Winner must provide the User’s:
    • full name
    • contact number
    • email address
    • vehicle registration number (up to two (2) can be provided)
  3. If the Winner nominates another person to use the Voucher (Nominee), the Winner warrants that:
    • the Nominee has consented to the Winner providing the Nominee’s personal information to AAL; and
    • they are authorised by the Nominee to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the Nominee.
  4. If the Winner does not provide their details or the details of another User within three (3) months of the Catapult Foundation Silent Auction on Friday 7 February 2025, the Voucher is forfeited.
  5. The User will receive the Voucher by email from AAL. The Voucher will only be redeemable by the person named and the vehicle with the specified registration number(s) detailed in the Voucher.
  6. The User must present the Voucher (either printed or digital) and valid photo ID to a Valet Attendant at Adelaide Airport. The Valet Attendant will use the Voucher to record the complimentary payment.
  7. The Voucher can be redeemed an unlimited number of times during the Validity Period (defined below), subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  8. The Voucher is:
    • redeemable during Adelaide Airport Valet Parking opening hours: 4:30am – 11:30pm, 7 days a week;
    • valid for use in the Adelaide Airport Valet Car Park only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (unless otherwise specified);
    • valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue of the Voucher by email by AAL (Validity Period), after which period the Voucher will lapse and be declared void;
    • valid for use for one vehicle at a time.
  9. The Voucher does not cover additional fees and charges for extended parking beyond the Validity Period. Such fees and charges will be payable in accordance with Adelaide Airport Valet Terms and Conditions of Entry – Adelaide Airport.
  10. Any issues regarding redemption of the Voucher are to be raised with and resolved by Car Parking Customer Service via email at [email protected].
  11. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for goods or cash.
  12. The Voucher is non-transferable and must be used by the individual to whom it is issued. A valid ID matching the name on the Voucher must be presented upon redemption.
  13. The Voucher is only valid for the vehicle with the specified registration number detailed in the Voucher. The User may change the vehicle registration number by giving Car Parking Customer Service at [email protected] three (3) business days’ notice of the new vehicle registration number.

  15. Adelaide Airport does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged Vouchers. Vouchers are void if copied, stolen, forged, or tampered with in any way.
  16. Adelaide Airport reserves the right to revoke the Voucher in the event of misuse, unlawful, or fraudulent activity by the User or the Winner (as determined by AAL in its absolute discretion).
  17. The User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the terms of Adelaide Airport’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.adelaideairport.com.au/privacy/ (Privacy Policy).
  18. Adelaide Airport will handle all personal information collected in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy.
  19. Adelaide Airport shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
