Landside Access Terms
By entering the Adelaide Airport Precinct (as defined in Figure 1 below), you accept the following terms:
- You must not undertake a Commercial Activity within the Adelaide Airport Precinct without Adelaide Airport Limited’s (AAL) prior written consent (which will not be unreasonably withheld), where:
(a) ‘Commercial Activity’ includes activities for profit, fare, reward, charge, hire, promotion or other consideration, including but not limited to:(i) advertising (including political campaigns);
(ii) operating a Passenger Transport Service;
(iii) offering goods and services for hire or sale; and
(b) ‘Passenger Transport Service’ means a service consisting of the carriage of passengers for a fare or other consideration (including under a hire or charter arrangement or for consideration provided by a third party) by motor vehicle.
- You must comply with all signs and reasonable directions from AAL.
- If you are undertaking a Commercial Activity within the Adelaide Airport Precinct without AAL’s consent, AAL may restrict your access to the Adelaide Airport Precinct.
- A single or partial exercise or waiver by AAL of its rights does not prevent any other exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right.
- These terms do not apply to the extent that other AAL terms apply to your use of the Adelaide Airport Precinct, or if you have an agreement with AAL or if you are permitted to operate a Commercial Activity within the Adelaide Airport Precinct by or under the law.
