Our car parks are open 24/7, every day of the year.

You can easily book, pay for, or modify your parking online. Drive-up parking is also available, but we recommend booking online to secure your preferred option. Our guide is here to help you. If you have any issues or need more help, our support team is available to answer your questions, process refund requests and provide further assistance.

Plan & Book

We want to make planning your trip as easy as possible.

You can book Adelaide Airport parking online any time, up to 2 hours before you arrive. Just choose your entry and exit times, select your car park, and pay securely online. You’ll always get the best price by booking ahead, plus the peace of mind of having your space reserved. 

Need to cancel? No problem. You can cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before arrival. 

You can book online up to 12 months in advance. Booking early locks in the best rate, and you can cancel or change your booking for free up to 2 hours before you arrive.

Yes, you can book online up to 1 hour before you arrive. Missed the cut-off? No problem. Take a ticket or tap your card at the gate and park in any available space (drive-up rates apply).

Yes. Cancel or update online for free up to 2 hours before arrival at Manage My Booking. If you change your booking, the old one will be replaced, and any refund will go back to your original payment method. If you can’t do it online, contact our Customer Service team with your name and booking reference. 

You can re-download it anytime via Manage My Booking or My Account. For help before you arrive, call 08 8308 9211 during business hours.

Enter & Exit

When you arrive, there’s no need to worry about tickets.

All of our car parks use ticketless entry and exit. If you have an online booking, scan the QR code from your booking confirmation. If you are a drive-up customer, simply tap your credit card. The boom gate will lift automatically. Leaving works the same way, quick and stress-free.

If you run into any issues, just press the Help button at the gate and our team will assist you straight away. 

Booked online? Use the QR code in your confirmation email, saved to your phone or printed out. No booking? Just tap your card or mobile wallet at the entry and again at the exit.

You’ll get a confirmation email with your booking reference, QR code, and tax invoice. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or log in to Manage My Booking to download it again.

Update your licence plate before arriving at Manage My Booking or My Account. Our car parks use number plate recognition, so your details must match to avoid delays or extra charges. 

If your booking is more than 24 hours, you can arrive up to 2 hours early without extra charges. Earlier than that may mean additional fees. For Meet & Greet parking, your time starts when you enter. 

Just scan your QR code on exit and pay for the extra time at your original booking rate.

Full Rates

Online prices depend on when you book, how long you stay, the location, and availability. All charges are calculated per 24 hours, and partial days are charged as full days. Booking online usually gives you the best price.

We keep things simple.  

All major credit and debit cards are accepted at Adelaide Airport car parks. If you’ve booked online, your payment is taken at the time of booking, so you can just drive in and park. If you’re driving up without a booking, tap your card at entry, and the payment will process automatically when you leave.  

No tickets, no queues, no hassle.

Yes. Tap to enter and exit if you haven’t booked, or scan your booking QR code from your email, mobile wallet, or a printout if you booked online. 

If booked online, your tax invoice is in your confirmation email and available in Manage My Booking. Drive-up customers get a printed receipt when exiting. 

If booked online, use your QR code to exit. If you entered by tapping your card, press the Help button at the exit.

Manage Booking

We know travel plans don’t always go to plan. That’s why we make it easy for you to change, update, or cancel your parking online.  

You can manage your booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled arrival, at no extra cost. Just head to Manage My Booking, enter your details, and update in a few clicks. We’ll email you a confirmation so you know everything’s sorted.

General information

All car parks are open 24/7, every day of the year. Press the intercom at any pay station, entry, or exit if you need help. 

The P1 Terminal Car Park has around 1,650 bays across four levels, P2 200 bays, and the P3 Long Term Car Park has about 1,500 bays. Booking online guarantees a spot. 

No, but booking ahead means one will be available for you. In the P1 Terminal Car Park, green lights show empty bays. 

Yes. There’s no time limit, but if you’re staying over 30 days, email us or call (08) 8308 9380 between 6 am and 6 pm with your vehicle details.

Yes. The P1 Terminal Car Park has 26 accessible bays near the lifts, marked with blue lights. The P2 Outdoor Car Park and the P3 Long Term Car Park have accessible bays near the entry/exit. Display your valid disability permit, and if you need help, press the Help button or call (08) 8308 9380. 

Yes. Four EV charging bays are on level 2 of the P1 Terminal Car Park (two for Teslas, two for other models). They’re 20 metres from the lifts, marked green, and have charging cables provided. Electricity is free, but parking fees apply. Please use only if you need to charge. 

The P1 Terminal Car Park fits vehicles up to 2.2m high and no longer than a 12-seater minibus. Larger vehicles? Call the Car Park Office on (08) 8308 9380 for options.
