Our Welcome Desk is here to make your airport experience is as seamless easy and connected as possible. Visit us for help with airport enquiries and local tips.
Opening Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 7:30am – 9:30pm
- Weekends: 7:30am – 5:30pm
Our welcome desk is here to help with general airport enquiries and assist with lost property found within the terminal. You can also collect found items during desk hours, pick up a hidden disability lanyard (just book online first), and request a complimentary face mask if needed.

As you move through the terminal, you’ll notice our amazing Volunteer Ambassadors in their bright pink jackets. They’re here to make your journey easier and more enjoyable.
Our Ambassadors are a wealth of knowledge and can point you in the right direction—whether you need help finding a gate, locating a service, or just want some local tips. You’ll see them dotted throughout the terminal, always ready with a smile.
