Lost Property
Depending on where you misplaced your item, it may have been handed into different locations:
Lost Property on an Aircraft or Airline Lounge:
If you’ve left an item on an aircraft, in an airline lounge, or if your bag hasn’t arrived on the baggage carousel, please contact the relevant airline Airline Contacts – Adelaide Airport directly. These items are managed by the airlines and not passed on to the airport.
Lost Property within the Terminal:
We can assist you with Lost Property only if your item was left within the terminal. Items left on aircraft or in airline lounges must be claimed directly from the airline. Airline Contacts – Adelaide Airport.
How to Enquire About Lost and Found Property within the Terminal:
For any enquires regarding lost property within the terminal, please complete the form below. The more details you provide, the easier it will be for us to locate your lost item.
Please note that all lost passports are handed over to the Australian Federal Police. For assistance, contact the AFP at 131 444.
The Welcome Desk:
The Welcome Desk serves as a contact point for lost property that has been left within the terminal. We are located on the ground floor at the base of the escalators, near our baggage collection point. Our Welcome Desk operates during the hours below:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 9:30 pm
- Weekends: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
Service Information:
Lost property services for items misplaced within the terminal are provided free of charge by Adelaide Airport. Please note that Adelaide Airport is not affiliated with third-party lost property providers (such as instaFILE). Queries regarding property lost within the terminal should be directed to Adelaide Airport Ltd.
